What You'll Need
To have your document commissioned, you will need to provide the following:
- •A valid, non-expired photo ID — Driver's license, passport, or other government-issued identification
- •The document you want to have commissioned — In PDF, DOC, or DOCX format (max 50MB)
- •Access to Zoom — For the video conference where we verify your identity

We also offer a hyperlink feature for documents with exhibits — hyperlink your affidavit to the exhibits and back for easy navigation in the final PDF.
